Resealing transfer box case – Range Rover, Land Rover
On older vehicles the transfer box case can start leaking oil. It is important to reseal the transfer box to stop oil leakage to avoid damage to the internals.
In some cases when transfer box is under repair it is also recommended to replace output shaft seal, flange and bearing if these elements are worn.
