Air Conditioning drain tube / pipe on Jaguar
The Air Conditioning became a standard aspect of current vehicles including Jaguar. Vehicle Air Conditioning keeps us cool over the summer and helps demist the vehicle windows in winter months.
Over the years the rubber drain tube for Air Conditioning which is designed to direct any moisture away from the evaporator deteriorates. That could cause the moisture from Air Con not to drain correctly and could leak inside the vehicle especially in the passenger footwell.
The genuine Jaguar Air Conditioning drain tube has been slightly modified to last longer and avoid water damage to the interior of the vehicle.
The replacement of Air Conditioning drain tube is very involved, time-consuming and has to be carried out with care as damage to the fragile interior can’t be reversed.
